Already comprising a number of high quality distribution facilities, the concept is to create the premier distribution and warehouse complex in the capital by providing tailored warehouse facilities on either a speculative or bespoke basis all set in a fully managed and landscaped environment.
Extensive attention to design will focus on key operation requirements for the occupier such as dedicated loading yards with appropriate depths to cater for high volume traffic, minimum clear heights of approximately 10m and excellent floor loading capabilities all set in a secure environment. Specific occupier requirements can be cater for in the design process as required.
Phase 1 of the Horizon Logistics Park expansion is currently under way. Unit 1, which extends to 44,000 sq. ft. will be delivered for tenant occupation in Q1 2016.
